Report a Concern
If your concern is during holiday periods when the school is closed, please contact the Children’s Services Department at Hampshire County Council on 0300 555 1384.
If you have serious concerns because you think that a child might be being abused (physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse or neglect) you should contact the Children’s Services Department at Hampshire County Council, during office hours (8.30am to 5.00pm) on 0300 555 1384.
By using the ‘Report a Concern’ form you are informing trusted adults within Cove School of your concern.
Your concern may be about....
- Peer on Peer Abuse ( sexual harassment our assault)
- Online Safety ( A message on a social media platform which is concerning or made someone feel uncomfortable)
- Concerns about Child Exploitation
- Indecent Images
- Self-Harm
- Extremism or radicalisation
Your message will be read during the working day between 8am and 5.30pm, in term time only. The school will look into your concern and get back to you within 24 hours.

If there has been inappropriate sexual behaviour towards someone, such as sending [or asking for] indecent images, sexting or threats - you should make an official report by clicking on the CEOP button on the website. A member of staff will help you if you need assistance.
