The Hiding Place - St Christopher's Church, Cove
In the October half term, Churches Together are performing the show 'The Hiding Place' at St Christopher’s Church in Cove. The performance is a musical collaboration weaving music, dance and drama to explore the extraordinary life of Corrie Ten Boom during and after the second World War.
Corrie was a watchmaker in Haarlem Holland. With her family and the resistance network ,she opposed the occupying forces by sheltering and supporting many Dutch Jews. 'The Hiding Place' has a message of action, love, forgiveness and reconciliation which is still relevant to us today.
A number of Cove pupils are acting, dancing and are involved in the production.
Tickets are £10/ £7 and can be purchased by emailing hidingplace2018@gmail.com or you can call 07761600384. All information on the leaflet below.
